Alma Fredi's Käslädele

For cheese fans, Fredi Binder’s idea of opening a delicatessen in Bregenz in 1982 was pretty brilliant. Fredi was already considered a cheese pioneer at the time and soon his cheese shop was known far beyond the region’s borders. Rupp – a privately owned cheese dairy that makes Alma brand cheeses – is now continuing the family tradition and is making cheese fans happy with its variety and knowledge of cheese.
